6.6 The responsibilities of Chairs of Board of Directors shall be:
· Managing the Board of Directors
· Facilitating the decision making for important matters of the Center
· Managing and coordinating major activities of the Center
· Responsible for the operating funds of the year
6.7 The responsibilities of Secretary shall be:
· Managing the day-to-day operation of the Center, including arranging meetings of the Board of Directors and handling correspondences.
6.8 The responsibilities of Directors shall be:
· Participating in decision making and management of the center
6.9 Scientific Committees
The Center shall have the following scientific committees to plan and execute scientific activities:
a. Alternative animal production systems
b. Animal production facilities and equipment
c. Animal environment measurement and control technology
